Before coaching, I spent over twenty years as a senior executive leader at WPP, including running my own business within their £3.5bn organisation. That experience shapes how I work with the leaders, founders and business owners I coach today, combining deep coaching with real commercial and strategic experience, moving between both to give clients what they need and drive real growth.
I work with senior women leaders and founders across every sector, including technology, SaaS, finance, law and media, in corporate businesses and running their own, from start-ups to global PLCs. I partner directly with organisations including Flutter, Dyson, Fanatics, Little Journey, Hayhurst & Co, leading Universities, and privately coach senior leaders across organisations including the BBC, Barclays, Sky, L'Oréal, Meta, Pinsent Masons, Accenture and UBS.

How Coaching Works
Coaching with me is a partnership, shaped entirely around you, moving between executive, leadership, business and career coaching, and between coach, sounding board and strategic partner, depending on what you need. That combines deep coaching with real commercial and strategic experience, alongside longer-term support around your goals, transitions, vision and strategic thinking.
Sessions might include real-time leadership challenges, developing your leadership impact and confidence, or working through business strategy and growth, from board and investor conversations to pricing and positioning. There's space too for reflection, to work through the patterns and beliefs behind the decisions you're making, not just the challenge in front of you. Where useful, I'll bring honest challenge and practical guidance, drawing on my own senior leadership and commercial background, so you're not left to work it all out alone.
Sessions are regular, with clear goals and accountability, and as much support between sessions as you need, whether that's reviewing something, strategic input, or simply checking in and reflecting.
I work with clients globally through virtual sessions, with face to face sessions available in Leeds, UK. The structure and pace are shaped around you, we'll agree what works best when we talk it through on your first call.
