About Danielle.
My background is as a senior executive leader within one of the world’s largest advertising organisations, where I spent over twenty years leading in fast paced, high performance environments.
That experience gave me first hand insight into the complexity of leadership, the pressure of senior roles, and the particular challenges many women navigate across leadership, career, business, and life.
Today, I bring that experience together with my work as an executive and leadership coach, combining deep coaching expertise with strategic, commercial, and real world leadership perspective.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and deeply supportive, while also being strategic, direct, and challenging where needed. I care deeply about the women I work with and the work we do together. My role is not only to support, but to help clients think bigger, see more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence, self trust, and impact.
How I Work
My coaching is tailored to the individual in front of me, their goals, challenges, leadership context, and the stage they are at in their career, business, or life.
I support leaders not only with the bigger picture thinking their growth requires, but also with the real time leadership challenges they are navigating day to day. As a result, our sessions often combine strategic thinking, reflection, challenge, and practical work to deepen thinking, strengthen leadership capability, support business growth, and help clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I work with many senior leaders, CEOs, and founders and, at times and where appropriate, I can also step into more of an advisory role. This allows me to bring strategic perspective, challenge, and commercial insight in a measured way that helps clients think clearly, make stronger decisions, and accelerate progress.
The work is both reflective and practical, grounded in deep coaching expertise alongside real world leadership and business experience.
