My approach combines deep coaching with the strategic and commercial perspective I developed over more than twenty years in senior leadership within a global organisation. That means our sessions can move between what's needed in the moment and longer-term reflection, strategy and vision, always grounded in the realities of your role, business, career and the decisions in front of you.
Where useful, I will also draw on decades of senior leadership and commercial experience to help you get there quicker, and with a stronger outcome, than working it out alone.
I work with leaders, founders and senior professionals globally through virtual sessions, with face to face sessions available for clients based in Leeds, UK.
