In our sessions, we focus on the real decisions, challenges and opportunities in front of you. Where useful, I will also offer advice, perspective and practical input, so you are not left to work everything out alone.
I work with leaders, founders and senior professionals globally through virtual sessions, with face to face sessions available for clients based in Leeds, UK.
Most clients begin with an initial six month coaching partnership, giving us the space to work through what is happening now while building the clarity, confidence and capability needed for the next stage.
