Growing an agency (with covid thrown in the middle) isn’t easy. I arrived at my sessions with Danielle feeling I was starting to fall out of love with my job - an industry I’d worked in for 20 years. I came to Danielle having just resigned from my role of Marketing Director without a plan and with 6 months to shape my next step. I spoke to a few coaches but Danielle stood out from her focus on working with women and her depth of lived experience in commercial executive leadership. When I started working with Danielle 6 months ago, I’d just landed a promotion at work and that was the catalyst for me. Since i've begun coaching with Danielle to say my life has improved is an understatement She has helped me to truly understand myself better than anyone I’ve ever met before. Working with Danielle over the last 6 months has been truly life changing. Mum guilt was a real thing for me and trying to juggle a career, family and a small business has often been extremely chaotic and I felt I wasn’t achieving anything. I just started a new job in a new industry and in a new city. I saw my confidence plunge and it affected the way I communicated with seniors and partners, which caused further issues.

I cannot recommend Danielle highly enough. I felt that I was at a huge cross roads in my life, about to embark on the world of self-employment and overwhelmed with my own chaotic mind, putting barriers in place, to stop me taking the leap. Something I’d been planning and organising for across a 24 month period. Danielle helped me see clearly, plan efficiently, and dispel some of the ideologies id put in place, I think some of these were ‘rules’ I had set myself since school, without consciously realising they were stopping me from living in the world I had, and wanted to create for myself. I would recommend Danielle’s services to all my friends and colleagues. She has a real skill for allowing you to feel comfortable and open up to speak honestly. Which is an invaluable part of getting to the route of an issue and really working through it to make long term change. Working with Danielle has changed my business. I initially looked at coaching as I wanted to drive my business forward and start to scale, but I was too overwhelmed to know where to begin. Danielle quickly identified that I needed to change my employee mindset into a business owner mindset. Once we had established this it was much easier to move on to the next stage. I was unsure on how to approach my clients on issues like price increases and Danielle guided me through this. We came up with solutions, ways to negotiate and how to deal with the different scenarios that could arise with each approach. Danielle gave me the confidence to go into these often awkward or difficult conversations feeling empowered. Danielle does not tell you what to do or do the work for you, she makes you think about what you want and how to get there. You end a session feeling clear and confident on your actions (and she will hold you accountable!). Without Danielle, I would still be stuck in the overwhelm. In just a few months, I am more confident, my revenue has increased and I know how I want to shape my business. I will continue to work with Danielle to keep me on track so I don’t stay back to my old mindset and I know her advice and mentoring will be instrumental in growing my business.
